Manifestation & Abundance
If you pay attention to what most of the media is saying these days, you could get the distinct
impression that the whole world is going down the tubes, and fast. With the constant focus on
doom and gloom it can be hard not to get caught up in it all and overwhelmed by a sense of
fear and lack. Granted, these are certainly stimulating times, and it would be easy to throw our
hands up in the air and pretend that we're just innocent victims of circumstance. But this whole
scenario actually provides us with the perfect opportunity and impetus to step forward and take
a stand for what's true.

And the truth is we live in a Universe of Unlimited Possibilities, and it is our nature, as spiritual
beings, to always be reaching toward more...more freedom, more joy, more ease. It is God's
will for us to prosper, and experiencing financial abundance is a part of that plan.
Unfortunately, many of us actually feel undeserving of wealth, or believe money is somehow
unspiritual. Or we have other judgments and beliefs that cause us to have a less than loving
relationship with financial prosperity (read this short article about unconscious programming).
The truth is, money is neither the "root of all evil," nor a guarantee of happiness—it's just
energy, like everything else in the Universe, and it's here to serve us—not the other way
around.

Let's face it, living a life of less than plenty benefits no one. Without a sufficient amount of
money, many of our high-minded goals and aspirations are likely to go unrealized or never
come to fruition. Financial abundance is not only our birthright, it's one of the main ways to fuel
and fund our dreams and help them take form. And the Universe is not only ready and waiting,
but more than capable of funneling ever greater possibilities our way—we just have to be clear
that that's what we want, and free of limiting beliefs that can get in the way of our receiving all
that goodness. What's tricky is traditional applications of the Law of Attraction (e.g.
affirmations, mantras, positive thinking, etc.) involve only the conscious mind, which controls
only about 10% of our thoughts and actions. The other 90% is run by the subconscious mind
and that's where the limiting beliefs are (see the information on Emotion Code/Body Code and
Access Bars sessions below for ways to clear limiting beliefs).

One thing's for certain, there is an ever greater abundance of books, videos, and other
resources out there designed to help you in attracting more money and the kind of life you
desire. In fact, it can seem overwhelming at times when it comes to deciding just what to
focus your time and attention on. If you're intent on experiencing affluence in your life—if you
want to be in the flow of prosperity and abundance—but don't know where to start, we suggest
reading the Abraham-Hicks book The Vortex. It's very straightforward and persistent in its
message, which helps the information to really sink in. And now they have released a CD with
meditations to help you get in, and stay in, the Vortex much more easily. Another Abraham
book,  Money, and the Law of Attraction, is another good bet. Despite the title, it's about much
more than just finances.

And, of course, there's the movie and book "The Secret" (www.thesecret.tv/) that has had
people buzzing for the last couple of years, although it really just scratches the surface when it
comes to the process of how to attract what you want in life. There's also The Master Key
System, by Charles Haanel (request a free copy from All One), that focuses on your thought
process and how it works to create your world and outer experience. The information is
presented in a lesson-like format and each section is meant to be studied and integrated
before moving on to the next. There's also the Napoleon Hill classic Think & Grow Rich that
many in the LOA/wealth-building community consider a must read (for a free copy of the e-
book version, see the bottom of this page). And The Path of Least Resistance, by Robert Fritz,
is great at providing a structural overview of the process of creation, and insight into the way
we often sabotage ourselves and delay the manifestation of what we truly want. The
Abundance Articles Archive section on the right side panel below is also a great place to go
for insight, inspiration, and support!

The Emotion Code & Body Code Technique
Often there are subconscious beliefs and mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual
