With trademark spiritual messages written in tiny script on the label, Dr. Bronner's soaps
have been a staple of the natural lifestyle since the original peppermint liquid soap was
manufactured by Bronner himself in the late 1950's. Since that time all sorts of companies
have introduced "all-natural soaps," but none beat Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps, particularly

Quality soap-making consists in great part in choosing the right proportions of the right oils
with their different fatty acids. Most commercial soaps skimp on quality because of cost,
and use lots of tallow from beef fat with a little bit of coconut or palm kernel oil. Dr.
Bronner's unsurpassed soaps use olive, hemp, and palm oils instead of tallow, and use
three to four times more coconut oil than commercial soaps. Saponified coconut oil

lather because these oils contain longer chain unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty

Directions for Facial: Mix clay with equal parts of raw apple cider vinegar and/or water.
Use a non-metal bowl and utensil; stir the mixture well to a smooth paste; add more clay or

10 min. for delicate skin, and 15-20 min. for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and

redness of the skin is normal and will disappear in about 30 min. This mask removes
